Mission Statement:
The purpose of Bringing Life Inc was created through personal experience and witnessing many friends and colleagues
struggle with infertility. Nearly 1 in 8 couples are infertile in the United States. Infertility is defined as not being able to
get pregnant for at least one year for most couples. This issue may result from you or your partner, or a combination of factors which prevent pregnancy. For those facing this challenge the added weight of treatment costs often become overwhelming and extremely stressful. Bringing Life Inc strives to attract donations from generous individuals and organizations who understand the great impact stress can have on building a family. These donations are then reserved for those seeking financial assistance for the cost of treatment. In the United States treatment costs can range from $1,000 upwards to $20,000 or more depending on recommended treatment. For example: the average In Vitro Fertilization process in CA is between $8,000 and $13,000.
These costs are largely out of pocket as insurance plans do not pick up treatment. Most healthcare plans will provide
assistance for diagnosis; however, the burden for treatment lies with the couples tackling the issue head on.
The vision of Bringing Life Inc is to open the window of opportunity to those facing these insurmountable costs.
For those seeking assistance, we ask you to apply through our formal application process. Your application will be reviewed by our board of directors and financial assistance will be granted based on the criteria outlined under our application section.

Hormann Family
The mission and purpose of Bringing Life were born out of personal experience. Over 13 years ago we made the decision to begin building a family. We didn’t realize that our lives would be forever impacted by the heartache, frustration, and sadness associated with infertility.
Our knowledge of this vastly growing issue at the time was very limited, but the 5 years we spent struggling with doctors and experts forced us into the deep end of infertility. As we dealt with all of the emotional and social pressures that followed each time the test read “negative” we learned to rely on those same doctors and experts to provide a plan which would give us the highest probability for success. Our first daughter, Natalie, is a product of very wise and resourceful experts within the fertility clinic we went with. Not every treatment will work, nor are they for everyone. The costs associated with the diagnosis are largely covered under most medical insurance plans; however, through this process, we discovered that once we entered into
the treatment side of this issue the burden fell solely on our shoulders.
That meant credit cards, cash, financing, etc. This also compounds the stress of not being able to conceive and could perpetuate infertility further.
The week Natalie was born we felt compelled to build a foundation that would focus on reducing the financial burden for those going through this process. We aim to bring awareness and provide resources to those impacted by infertility. Whether going through this directly, witnessing a loved one or friend struggling with this stress, or if you just have a kind
heart, we appreciate every donation to this cause.
Bozzuto Family
The Bozzuto family is dedicated to giving back to the community through their involvement in Bringing Life, Inc. Tony works as an insurance broker and Courtney is a permanent cosmetics and tattoo artist. They are parents to three amazing kids, two dogs, and have been married since 2005. Born and raised in Northern California, the Bozzuto’s love to travel, be outdoors, hangout with family and friends, and love food.
They believe that by working together with the Hormann’s, and volunteering their time and resources to Bringing Life, they can make a positive impact in the lives of those around them. Their passion for giving back has become a way of life, and they strive to instill those values in their children, teaching them the importance of kindness, compassion and generosity.
