Bringing Life aims to assist with financial aid related to fertility costs and treatment. The financial aid
or grants we provide come from generous donors who expect us to responsibly use their donations in furthering the mission of Bringing Life. Simply put we provide grants to those seeking assistance with the costs associated with infertility. Approved treatment includes: IVF, IUI, COH, Embryo and Egg Freezing as well as surrogacy. As a result we have established a grant application process to those seeking treatment for infertility. Prospective applicants can follow our online application process. Once we have received

the completed application along with supporting documentation we will review and determine eligibility. Grant decisions will be made every 6 months and the level of our donor fund will impact how
those decisions are determined.
